Reservations, Cancellation & Payment Policies

Office hours for making reservations are from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. In order to secure the services you need at the most ideal time-slot for you and your dog, all Heeling Hounds appointments must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance. Any reservations made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a $15 surcharge.

To guarantee Heeling Hounds is able to reserve the time and date you request service, payment will be required as follows:

- Behavior Modification: After completion of each session

- Obedience Training: After completion of each session

- Adoption Transition Counseling: After completion of each session

- Day Training: Full amount due at the beginning of the week in which service is requested in order to reserve a slot for your dog

Payment will be accepted via cash, check, PayPal or Square. Additional processing fees apply for PayPal and Square.

Cancellations for all services must be made at least 48 hours in advance in order to avoid a $15 cancellation surcharge; no last-minute calls to schedule or cancel services, please! Heeling Hounds espouses the philosophy, Prior planning prevents poor performance!
