Heeling Hounds Certifications
Glenda Herrin is the founder and owner of Heeling Hounds, and has trained over 1000 dogs since 2008. She holds certifications as a Professional Dog Trainer through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers, the Animal Behavior College Level II, and Raise With Praise Dog Training. She has been a Professional Member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers since 2008, and has served as a Mentor Trainer for the Animal Behavior College since 2010.
We assess the situation of each dog in its home environment and provide owners with specific, tailored suggestions, demonstrations, and tips to help teach your the dog exactly what is being asked of him or her in a language that makes sense.
Training is presented using a fun, stress-free, and rewarding approach for both dogs and their humans. We do not use harsh methods, shouting, intimidation, or aversive tools of any sort.
